Returns & Shipping
The Sprinkle Co cannot accept returns of purchases due to food safety regulations. Every packet of sprinkles we sell are inspected and leave our premises in premium condition. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com so we can assist you.
The Sprinkle Co use Australia Post (Parcel Post) for our metro, interstate and country shipping options, depending on location of delivery. Your order will be shipped in a padded mailing bag for the safety of your sprinkles!
- We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.
- Your sprinkles will be posted within that time frame. (This time is not included in the postage time frame, this is additional)
- Please allow between 2 - 7 business days for your parcel to arrive (This does NOT include weekends).
- Remote areas may take longer. If you require your sprinkles sooner, choose Express Postage at the checkout.

You will be given a tracking number with your purchase. Please use this number to track your parcel for delivery and contact the service provider if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion!

We also offer a local pick up service (No shop front) - choose the Local Pickup option from the drop down box during checkout and we can be in touch to confirm a time. We are located in Success & Hammond Park, Western Australia 6164.
Please consider the delivery address for your sprinkles. They contain items (including chocolate) that will melt in warm conditions, and we would be so disappointed to hear that your package did not arrive in the same lovely state as we sent them.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
